About Us

Formed in 1986, we have over 30-years’ experience in creating and facilitating organisational development interventions and activities around change and transformation for global, national, and public organisations that enhances performance through their people.

To fulfill our mission we work closely with each of our clients to ensure that we fully understand and meet their specific development needs. Our deep understanding of human behaviour along with our past association with the Centre for Leadership Studies at the University of Exeter of 14 years, through one of our directors who was a co-founder, ensures that we bring both an extensive depth of knowledge as well as considerable expertise to all of our work that embraces:
